Andrew mwadime the governor Taita Taveta is one of the trendy governors now, he recently wore mismatched sneakers in a red carpet event in Mombasa. This has stirred conversations over grooming of the leader. He could be one of the busiest being in planet.

Why does Trump wear baggy suits and a tie that is way too long? It is especially noticeable when other world leaders dress impeccably! It makes him look like he is too lazy or cheap to afford a tailor!

Now, it’s not literally true, he COULD put on a suit and tie, get a shave, have a hairdresser tidy up his bangs. But it would look bad, frankly, in the same way that dressing the way he is now would look bad if his county were peaceful and prosperous. It’s not that he hasn’t “bothered” but that he’s made the deliberate choice to dress in a way that befits his current position.

He is busy and occupied. He recently launched a bursary kit of 200million in Wundanyi. He is doing great with such leaders like Hon Bwire, of Taveta constituency, allocating bursary for Malkiloriti students, all of them .

This is way better than leaders giving are giving buses to schools and the following day the students of the same school are sent home to bring school fees. A very fresh case of Mwatate Secondary School. That’s a shame.

"A weaker man, a man less aware of the intricate social graces, might have given in to the presumed pressure to dress up."

H.E Andrew Mwadime, though, is a master of the message, one of the most charismatic leaders in Taita Taveta County, and since he “gets it” he’s dressing correctly, instead of meeting your expectations. There are a lot of different types of people who wear suits and ties.

For others, think of powerful businesspeople or politicians. I also think of more traditional professions like lawyers or doctors. Whoever is wearing a suit and tie, I think they look professional and put-together.

Worst world leaders who had sense of fashion:

  • Idi Amin (Had No Swag like a Kilt in Africa and called Himself the last king of Scotland)
  • Jean-Bedel Bokassa (The God Emperor who ruled for less than 3 years)
  • Robert Mugabe (Pretty Colors)
  • Mussolini had a (Nice Hat)
  • Adolf Hitler had (Nice socks)

It might not be this case that clothes make the leader! How leaders can use attire to impact followers’ perceptions of charisma and approval. H.E Andrew Mwadime is charismatic without sense of fashion.

Sarah Jessica Parker Wore Mismatched Shoes on the Red Carpet—Just as the Lord, Carrie Bradshaw, Intended

Joe Biden’s sartorial choices have been called into question after the president was seen wearing sneakers seemingly without socks as he boarded Air Force One. Heading to London. Business magnate Anil Ambani champions the mismatched shoe style at the Mumbai marathon

Governor Mwadime's choice to wear mismatched sneakers at a recent red carpet event in Mombasa might seem unorthodox to some, but it speaks volumes about his approach to leadership. In a world where leaders are often expected to conform to a rigid dress code, Mwadime's decision to embrace individuality and break away from tradition is refreshing. It shows that he is unafraid to challenge norms and is comfortable in his own skin, qualities that are essential for effective leadership in today's dynamic and fast-paced world

Mismatched sneakers could be the next big fashion. It is fine If the (odd) shoe fits. That tells how the governor is busy trying to bring Taita Taveta county back to its glory.
